To enter the competition, participants are required to post a picture of their child in their Ackermans schoolwear or creche looks. Entry to the Competition is free and participants may enter only once during the Competition Period, with each entrant eligible to win only one prize.
The competition is open to all participants within the Republic of South Africa, excluding directors, members, partners, employees, agents or affiliates/divisions/subsidiaries or any other person who supplies goods or services in connection with the competition. Spouses, life partners, parents, children or siblings, immediate family members, business partners or associates of the persons specified are also ineligible. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. The draw for the winner will take place on 27 January 2025. Winners give Ackermans and its authorized agents consent to use their names for publicity purposes, unless refused.
The prize will be sent via SMS to the winners, using the contact number received from them when contacted. The winner will be announced on the date of the draw. An alternative winner will be drawn if after 2 days from the date of the draw, a winner is unreachable.
