Participants stand a chance to win one of twenty R5,000 SPAR Gift Cards by purchasing one of the Hulett’s participating products and swiping their SPAR Rewards card.
The prize consists of 20 SPAR Gift Cards, each worth R5,000. The total prize value is R100,000. The prize is not exchangeable for cash and is not transferable.
To enter the competition, participants must purchase one of the participating Huletts products and swipe their SPAR Rewards card for an automatic entry. Participants can enter as many times as they wish, with each entry requiring a separate purchase and till slip. The competition will be run nationwide at SPAR, SUPERSPAR, and KWIKSPAR stores in South Africa, excluding TOPS at SPAR and SPAR stores in Namibia, Botswana, and eSwatini. The competition is available in-store only.
The competition is open to all South African citizens residing in South Africa, in possession of a valid identity document, excluding any director, member, partner, employee, agent, or consultant of the Promoter, its marketing service providers, or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by these entities, including their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members. Participants under the age of 18 years must be fully assisted by his/her guardian. Winners will be selected using a random draw on Monday, 30 December 2024 and will be contacted within 15 working days of the draw. Winners will have 5 days from the time they are contacted to provide the needed information. Any prize not claimed and/or taken up for any reason within two months of notification will be forfeited.
Winners might be required to take part in further publicity relating to the Competition. Personal Information provided by any Participant by entering this competition will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (Act No. 4 of 2013) read together with the Tongaat Hulett Privacy Notice (https://www.hulettssugar.co.za/privacy-notice/). By entering the competition, the Participant consents to their personal information being shared with the Tongaat Hulett employees, contractors, or agents for the purpose of this competition, for the purpose of sharing future promotional competitions.
