The People’s Giveaway is an exciting contest open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen years old at the time of entry. The contest gives you the chance to win a grand trip to the 2025 Waste Management Phoenix Open in Arizona!
The grand prize includes a trip for the winner and three guests to the 2025 Waste Management Phoenix Open in Arizona, including 3 nights’ lodging, round-trip airfare, 2 days’ general admission access to the tournament, and 4 Polos from WM-themed collection. Please note that the prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.
Participants can enter the competition by subscribing to Yatta Golf’s VIP group with a valid email address and phone number for one free entry, or by placing orders on Yatta Golf’s website during the Entry Period for additional entries. Mail-in entries are also accepted. Participants can earn a maximum of twenty-one entries during the Contest Period.
The contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The winner and their guests must confirm eligibility, agree to travel restrictions, and accept the travel itinerary within seven days of notification. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the prize. The winner is solely responsible for any additional costs incurred, including but not limited to meals, parking fees, and ground transportation.
The contest begins at 12:01 AM Mountain Time on November 22, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM Mountain Time on December 31, 2024. The potential winner will be notified by telephone or email on or about January 10, 2025. The Sponsor is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or other disruptions caused by events beyond its control.
